The role will be focused on providing efficient project support and delivering accurate, timely and responsive administrative services.Your Responsibilities In The Role Will IncludeEnsure all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant proceduresPrepare debtor invoices, purchase orders and paymentsMonitor payments and maintaining records of project revenueBook travel and accommodationPayroll Administration, tracking and processing timesheetsManage and implement document control processesAssist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative dutiesOur Minimum Requirements For This Role AreIntermediate MS Word and ExcelJDE experience preferred but not mandatoryA demonstrated understanding of commercial and financial processesGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy working environmentThe ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externallyThis role is locally based and for those outside of Albury/Wodonga/Wagga areas, relocation is required.
