Specifically, you will: Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholdersWork with the customer to provide process improvement on specific applicationsLiaises with sales, product support and product management to establish testing procedures, matrices, and follow-up reportingReport and record competitor installed base and report findingsDomestic (and occasional international) travel as requiredTo be successful in the above duties, You will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar position and within a relatable industry. Minimum 3 yearsAbility to make quality decisions based on information and data.Demonstrates knowledge of customers business.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Passionate attitude regarding building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customersExceptional time management and prioritizations skillsAbility to develop detailed reports.Ability to function effectively in both a local and a multicultural work environment.Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously.Passionate attitude regarding building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customersWhat we offer: We believe that our people are the heart of our organisation.
