Sil Team Leader / Service Manager

We are currently looking for a responsible and motivated SIL Team Leader/Service Manager to join our medium-sized SIL house provider in the Norwest region.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small facility and ensuring that our Participants receive individualized care and support.
Your efforts will empower them to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that clients receive the best possible person-centered support to achieve their NDIS goals in accordance with their individual support plans.
Manage SIL compliance and conduct audits.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.
Engage staff in creating program activities that align with the individual needs and interests of participants.
Oversee the management and reporting of restrictive practices.
Manage time effectively for yourself and others.
Attend regular meetings with staff and service users to focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Onboard new participants, ensuring that risk assessments, support plans, and any other relevant documentation are completed in a timely manner.
Manage the training and development of staff to ensure they possess the skills and competencies necessary to provide appropriate support to clients.
Lead a team of support workers and team leaders.
Oversee the overall management and operations of supported independent living programs.
Key requirements to be successful in the role: Management Experience in NDIS sector - SIL Management experience is essential = A reliable car and current driver's license NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificates Current Working with Children's Check Current NDIS Workers Screening Check You will be a leader who leads from the front, you see leadership as doing what is right by the team and residence.
You will have strong computer skills and have working experience in managing a team of Support Workers in an SIL residence.
Ideally, this person will be starting on 6th January 2025; however, we can be flexible for the right person.
