Mamta Group is home to fast-paced, all-Australian fashion brands including Runaway the Label and Seven Wonders. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join our production team in our Marrickville Head Office.
This role is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, timely order processing, and accurate delivery to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of shipping and logistics, receiving inventory, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Shipping and Logistics Coordination:Arrange and schedule shipments with international suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery.Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers as needed.Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and manage any shipping-related issues that arise.Process and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork for international shipments.Update appropriate internal schedules, release schedule, shipping schedule, recuts schedule.Inventory Management:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy with order details such as SKU, color, size, and quantity.Update inventory management systems to reflect received items.Coordinate and facilitate deliveries with warehouse staff.Order Processing:Oversee the logistics process from start to finish, ensuring all selected orders are complete and shipped accurately and on time.Prepare packing lists, invoices, and any necessary documents ensuring alignment with customer requirements and branding guidelines.Administrative Support:Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and document organization.Communicate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to provide status updates and resolve any order or inventory-related inquiries.Compliance and Record-Keeping:Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order documentation for audit and reporting purposes.Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or inventory management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail ensuring accuracy.Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.Benefits: Competitive salary with benefits.Opportunity to work within the dynamic fashion industry.Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.This role is critical to ensuring efficient shipping, accurate inventory management, and smooth operations, supporting the overall success of our company and satisfaction of our customers.
