The Role Genus Infrastructure are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to work a 2:1 roster for the Eliwana Project.
Position Requirements: Leading a Think Safe. Work Safe. Home Safe culture.Conducting site inspections & audits on internal crews & subcontractors.Development and ongoing review of SWMS, SHE Management Plan & Risk Register reviews against updated legislation/incident findings/client feedback.Attend site prestart & help deliver toolbox presentations & promotion of safety, health, environmental & quality information.Assisting in the development and promotion of risk assessments Genus Safety Non-Negotiables (critical risks).Assisting in the delivery of SHEQ improvements.Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience Minimum 2+ years' experience in a SHEQ Advisory / Operations role or similar in construction or heavy industryCert IV WHS/OHS / Diploma WHS or higherICAM investigation trainingConstruction Safety Induction ('White Card')Current Driver's License - "C" ClassFirst Aid and CPR TrainingKnowledge of WA WHS Legislation, Codes, Australian Standards and ISO Certification requirements (ISO 45001 OHS / 14001 Enviro / 9001 Quality).The successful candidate will benefit from: Permanent, full-time employment with an immediate start,Competitive remuneration,Large pipeline of upcoming project work, andAccess to our Employee Assistance Program.If after reading the details of this vacancy you feel you meet the selection criteria, and would be a good fit for the role, please select APPLY!
