PositionAs the SHE Advisor for supply chain you will report directly to the Site Operations Manager.
You will champion safety, support chain of responsibility with a risk-based approach for the business and solutions orientated.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will influence a strong culture driving implementation of efficient HSEQ systems, risk management and proactive coaching across the business with regular communication with senior leaders.
You will be involved in setting up a SHE structure from the ground up while reaching ISO standards, all in compliance with the company policies.
The purpose of this role is to embed change and progressive safety initiatives with a risk-based approach.
