PTA 3 $67,139 pa (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:
An excellent opportunity exists within CFA Finance – Shared Services. Reporting to the Manager Shared Services, this role is responsible for the transaction processes of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
More specifically the role involves:

• Customer service and administrative support to CFA staff and external clients.

• Monitoring of debt management processes.
• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Prepare month end reports including debtor statements.

• Assist with treasury functions.

• Participate in system and process improvement and training as required and keep up to date with relevant policies and legislation.
About You:
To be the successful candidate you will have proven experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable ideally within a large, diverse organisation. You will demonstrate accurate and efficient data processing skills, excellent organisation and the ability to multitask. Furthermore, you possess well developed communication skills with experience handling sensitive, confidential and urgent matters. Your computer skills, particularly in Excel and SAP accounting package will complement your ability to work proactively and with limited supervision.
