This is a role that will see you responsible for the management and administration functions related to the processing of sales exchanges and settlements, along with being the communication point between relevant stakeholders to achieve maximum results.

The Role:
Oversee the smooth running of the entire settlement process Ensure all documents have been received and prepare file for settlement Ensure all funds required for settlement have been transferred Ad hoc administration duties Data entry Requesting valuations and ordering title searches Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (such as developers, agents, solicitors, valuers etc) The Benefits:

The Candidate:
Previous experience in settlements/ conveyancing/ contracts administration in Development/ Project Sales highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and verbal) and technology skills Excellent problem-solving skills Must have strong attention to detail To Apply:
