Services/Finishes Foreman

Job Description The Company Our client is a builder who has grown from a small fit-out company to one of Australia's largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit-out to projects as large as $500M.
Their QLD operation has been operating for 17 years and delivers a mixture of fit-outs, large refurbishments, and new build construction projects to a value of $400M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market that turns most people's heads.
Over the past 2 years, the Brisbane team has been successful in securing multiple projects in the $50M to $400M range.
The role – Services/Finishing Foreman We are looking for a Foreman to join a team and help deliver a large $85M project which has a significant services component.
We are looking for someone who has come from an electrical background and has worked for a large-scale electrical contractor as a Foreman, or someone who has experience with Data Centres or hospitals and has a strong understanding of services.
