This role reports to Head of Service Management and Systems Resilience, and is responsible for the overall administration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within Yarra Valley Water's technology environment.

Your key responsibilities ServiceNow development Platform administration and maintenance Incident and problem management Requirements analysis to understand stakeholders' requirements for the platform Testing and QA Documentation, training and support What we're looking for Advanced ServiceNow admin and development experience Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including technical staff, management, and external partners ServiceNow System Administration Certification ServiceNow Application Developer Certification To view the full position description, click HERE.
