A job to be proud of: As our ServiceNow Administrator & ITIL Practices Manager , you will enhance the performance of our IT services by managing and optimising the ServiceNow platform.
Your work will streamline workflows, drive automation, and support efficient service delivery across the organisation.
You will also lead incident response and problem-solving initiatives, ensuring swift resolutions and long-term solutions.
Your contributions will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional service to the community.
What you'll do: Enhance, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational IT strategies and objectives.
Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and workflow automations within ServiceNow Conduct comprehensive system audits and performance optimizations to ensure the ServiceNow environment is compliant with industry standards facilitate a proactive approach to system maintenance and upgrades to mitigate potential service disruptions.
Establish a structured problem management process that proactively identifies, analyses, and resolves root causes of incidents Develop and oversee a robust major incident management framework that ensures rapid response and resolution of critical incidents, including post incident reviews and root cause analysis What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent, demonstrated work experience will also be considered.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, with certification in ITIL v3+ preferred.
Proven experience in Problem Management and Major Incident Management within an ITIL framework.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
