Our key partners include FMG, Rio Tinto, and BHP.Being traditionally owned and operated First Nations business, iContracting Group provides genuine career opportunities for all Australians.About the opportunityWe are looking for experienced Service person/Tyre Fitters to join our mine services crew who have a strong safety focus and are aligned to our company's values:FULL TIME CONTRACTFIFO From Perth2/1 Roster, Day shift onlyFMG Mine siteAbout youPerform servicing and maintenance works on Light Trucks, Semi Water Trucks, Graders, Loaders, Rollers.Regularly communicate with production staff regarding timelines for repairs and service.Fit out and removal of tyres including – Light Vehicles, Light Trucks, Semi Water Trucks, Graders.Remove and replace tyres, diagnose tyre damage and wear, complete tyre and rim inspections and complete scheduled pressure and tread depth checks.Perform daily inspections of work areas and maintain good housekeeping.Safety conscious, strong work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised as part of a team or individually.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.Requirements to be successful in this role are:Certification II in Heavy Tyre Fitting (Essential)Previous mine site experience working with Mining or Construction Equipment.Demonstrated Tyre Management skills.Product knowledge of CAT & Kenworth equipment (Desirable).Current HR drivers licence (auto or manual).White card (Essential).Australian Working Rights.Benefits & RewardsBe part of a team-first environmentExcellent rates and rewards offeredSupportive training and developmentVisit our website at: www.icontracting.com.auiContracting is an equal-opportunity employer that encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
