Our work will take you in different directions. KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Service Operations Manager to join our Senior leadership team in Adelaide, South Australia. You will lead and coach a team to reach the Service Operational targets and objectives.
In this role you are also responsible for driving the specific business change initiatives, ensuring business realisation and promoting a customer centricity and service mindset.
What will you be doing? Field Operations: Accountable for safety of employees and end-users, ensuring safety is a mindset without any compromises.Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region.Accountable for developing the team, ensuring their motivation, continuous development and achievement against regional targets.Coaching the team to be customer service and result oriented.Creating and developing business plans including budget planning and budget control across the region.Management of Supervisors regarding maintenance planning of all their staff regarding PPE & statutory safety guidelines.Continuous improvement of the work processes, including Technical Safety Inspection, Emergency service processes.Responsible for sales in the Service sector of the region, monitoring sales results including a continuous analysis and coordination of delivery.Securing and extending the existing maintenance portfolio, pricing and profitability of KONE.Responsible for high level of ongoing customer satisfaction in the region and ensuring that customers are updated in advance about up-coming maintenance schedules.Responsible for handover from Installation to Maintenance process.Participate in Service Management meetings at a National level.Are you the one? 4-years' experience in running a service operations team in a similar role in the Vertical Transport/ Construction Industry desired.Bachelor's degree or a strong Electrical/ Mechanical background desired.Solid knowledge of service maintenance methods in the elevator Industry desired.Strong business acumen and understanding of the Market and customer needs.Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset.Wide knowledge of Service contracts and their management.Proven experience in maintaining a quarterly and yearly budget.Proactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in a matrix organisation.Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, PowerPoint.What do we offer?
