The exciting opportunity:
Operational responsibility of a 60-bed facility 15kms South of Perth's CBD. Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, and maximising resources to achieve financial targets. Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team, providing them with support, direction, and guidance to create a culture founded on excellence. Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to create client-directed care outcomes and an exceptional customer experience. Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement. Design and implement quality initiatives to ensure best practice care is delivered and compliance with legislation and organisational standards is maintained. What makes this great:

Proven track record in a Facility Manager role within residential aged care. Sound knowledge of the aged care legislation and demonstrated ability leading a facility to achieve accreditation. Confident and visible leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support, and direction. Strong business and finance acumen, able to deliver high-quality care within budget. Hands-on, compassionate, friendly, and able to develop positive relationships with residents. What next:
