Your opportunity As our Service Manager Marine Infrastructure Asset Management, you will lead and manage the Marine Infrastructure Asset Management Unit to provide professional services and oversee the delivery of the City Asset Group's Asset Management, Strategic Planning and formulate the Capital works program for Marine Infrastructure assets.
Position this high profile unit through the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with primary stakeholders and principal partners. Lead and manage the Marine Infrastructure Asset Management Unit to optimise productivity and customer service standards in the delivery of the Group's Asset Management Plans, Strategic Plans and capital works programs and to create an attractive, safe, equitable and rewarding workplace. Prepare and manage the Unit's operational and capital annual budgets including the initiation and formulation of the capital works program, infrastructure improvement and renewal programs, and the compilation of budget reports and quarterly reporting. has substantial achievement in managing marine infrastructure services at Unit or equivalent level to develop and satisfy service standards, provide valued customer service and continuous improvement that is effective and cost efficient. has a proven track record in leading and managing people at Unit or equivalent level to optimise productivity and to create an attractive, safe, equitable and rewarding workplace. has comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated understanding of established and emerging contemporary Marine Infrastructure Asset Management, planning, and project management practice.
