Leading the service team you will oversee the daily operations , ensuring high standards of service quality and maximizing growth opportunities Your New Role: Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Managing Director, who is known for their positive, transparent and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the service team to achieve optimal productivity and performance.
Taking ownership of the Service department's daily activities and overall performance.
Ensure all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.
Drive the team to maintain a strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
