Service Manager

About the role: As our new Service Manager you'll be managing our disability support services in the Townsville region, including Supported Independent Living arrangements (SILs) and Individual Support Services (in-home and community access) for our clients with NDIS plans. Lead, coach and mentor Support Workers to ensure the services reflect our customer's needs in a dynamic, high growth work environment. Selection criteria includes:

Experience in a similar role within the disability sector. Commitment and drive for the highest level of customer service. Pro-active, energetic approach to a dynamic every changing environment! Experience and skill in team supervision; leading people to achieve. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills. Be solution focused. Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams. Administrative and financial management skills. Current driver's license acceptable under Queensland legislation. Current First Aid and CPR. Competency with Microsoft Office and computer systems. Blue card and NDIS worker screen clearance. COVID-19 full vaccination.
