We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead a medium-sized team of coordinators and technicians.
You will be responsible for creating and executing business plans and budgets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting various programs and teams.
This role involves occasional travel, maintaining technician skill sets, staying updated on competitor activity, and collaborating with other departments to monitor and identify trends.
The Role: Manage and motivate a medium-sized team of coordinators and techniciansReport to senior management via weekly Executive Committee meetingsProactively achieve strategies outlined in the business planBe responsible for the creation of an annual business plan and budgetEnsure all our clients are adhering to the correct service schedulesProvide our clients with exceptional customer serviceMentor our coordinators and technicians to assist them to provide exceptional customer serviceSupport the Technical Advisor in the refurbishment programWork alongside the regional BDM's and support them in their service responsibilities within their regionsEnsure service technicians are recognising opportunities and communicating with the sales teamOccasional travel to mine sites (including international mine sites) for auditing, servicing, training, and capturing BD opportunitiesWork with our training manager to maintain the skill sets of our technicians across all products, including new technologiesEnsure our service team stays up to date with all new MineARC productsBe aware of competitor activityMonitor spare parts sales and identify trendsWork closely with other departments to monitorAbout You: Strong knowledge of the Australian underground mining sectorPrior hands-on technical experienceExcellent troubleshooting capabilitiesProficiency in computer skills, particularly with ExcelHigh level of customer serviceAbility to react effectively in adverse conditions and think on your feetBenefits: An opportunity to work at a growing international company whilst collaborating with a highly motivated teamFree gym with 24/7 accessWeekly payOpportunities for career progressionSocial club and regular eventsYour application will include the following questions:
