Cowaramup Tractor Sales and Service Cowaramup WA Cowaramup Tractor Sales and Service is seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our service department.
This is a full-time position based in Cowaramup, WA 6284. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective maintenance and repair of our customers' agricultural equipment and Light Vehicle servicing.
What you'll be doing Manage the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and task delegation Oversee the repair and maintenance of a range of agricultural equipment, such as tractors, sprayers, hay equipment, tillage, grape harvesters, and other machinery Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding industry regulations and safety requirements Develop and implement service plans and preventative maintenance programs for customers Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to all service activities Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service within the service department What we're looking for Good experience within the agricultural or automotive industry Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural equipment Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or agricultural equipment repair and maintenance What we offer At Cowaramup Tractor Sales and Service, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
