As Service Manager, you will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide person-centred care to our clients over various aspects of their daily living.Some of the tasks you will be undertaking include:Management of a team of diverse DSW'sLiaising with care teams and health professionals promoting a holistic, person-centered model of care.Workforce planning including management of the sites P & LOversee the safety and wellbeing of all individuals on site.Overall, you will be supporting clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
