About the role Working within the Community Access Services Team, the Counter Services Service Leader is the direction manager for a team of Service Officers and Hearing Coordinators across Our King St and La Trobe Street Offices.Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role provides coaching and development opportunities towards the team and works on continual improvement of the user-facing roles within these sites.Working closely with the Service Leaders within the service delivery group, this role is actively involved in the recruitment and improvement projects within the broader Community Access Services Team.About you Previous management experience within a contact centre or customer service environment is preferred.Experience working closely with people within a customer service environment.A high level of computer literacy to effectively use and navigate in-house case management, telephone management and knowledge management systems as well as Microsoft Office products.Experience leading, coaching and developing staff within a highly legislative workplace.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
