To help us achieve our Mission, we are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual and customer service focused
Clinical Service Lead
to support the day-to-day operation of the BAH clinical team ensuring the team continually develops the necessary skills in providing excellent clinical care and support to Brightwater clients.
As a Brightwater Service Leader, you will be responsible for delivering clinical practice across BAH including the identification and management of clinical risk.
In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager BAH, this position is responsible for the development of strategies to ensure that the service delivers a high standard of clinical care to BAH clients according to the Aged Care Quality Standards and within the Brightwater Clinical Governance Framework.

This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be based at Brightwater Central in Inglewood.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualified and suitably registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated experience in providing safe, contemporary, and best-practice care with the ability to identify, analyse, and consult on the best clinical care.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge with working experience in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in identifying and responding to clinical risks, monitoring, and addressing clinical indicators and implementing continuous quality strategies to achieve safe, effective, and personalised care.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or leading a team.
Recent experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards including clinical governance will be highly regarded.
Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation; Aged Care Act (1997) and/or NDIS Disability Services Standards, Quality and Safeguarding principles.
Demonstrate ability to cope with fast-paced workload and managing complex care requirements.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to navigate and lead difficult conversations.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage time efficiently.
Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
