There are three (3) Permanent Full Time appointments available.

The location of this position is negotiable within Western Australia.

Position Profile: As part of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) ICT Operations Team, the Service Integration Officer is responsible for:
Engaging with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business functions, needs and service expectations to enable orchestration services and advice that best meet Information and Communication Technology (ICT) needs and objectives.
Assisting the ICT Platform, ICT Operations and Digital Architecture teams to ensure the ICT platforms and hosted systems meet the needs of WACHS through monitoring and analysis of service provision.
Leading the coordination and delivery of quality assurance and service improvement initiatives to ensure transactional processes are compliant and drive continuous improvement in customer experience.
Managing large ICT vendors to ensure the delivery of services to agreed standard.
Monitor performance of ICT contracts, engaging with vendors and ensuring achievement of agreed performance and on-going growth of relationships.
Facilitate procurement & contract management activities.
