Our team is dedicated to providing supportive, high-quality care, respecting each educator's contributions.About the role…We are seeking a Centre Director to bring passion and new ideas to our service, lead a team, and bring excitement and joy to our early learning service. We are flexible with working arrangements, with working hours between 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.The support of the Approved Provider and a long-standing management team enables you to focus on your service, providing your educators with the mentorship and guidance for their future as educators.Responsibilities:Running the service and managing the day-to-day operations.Leading a team of educators within our service, providing leadership and guidance.Collaborating with team members to implement new ideas.Providing high-quality care and education to children.Building relationships with children and families within the service.Using continuous critical reflection to further own learning and provide guidance to team members.Keeping up-to-date with industry changes and information.Supporting educators on the floor for ratio purposes, guiding practices, and mentoring.Promoting a positive, inclusive environment for all children.Collaborating with families and encouraging their involvement in centre events and activities.Participating in ongoing reflection and professional development for yourself and your team's goals.Benefits and Perks:We are a flexible company that can support your work/life balance.
