Are you passionate about technology and customer service? As a Service Desk Technician Trainee, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on skills to support the operations and growth of their business.
ABOUT CCGT: We have been the Coast's leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees for over 40 years. Throughout your traineeship, you will be employed by CCGT and will work day-to-day with our host employer to receive your on-the-job training in the industry.
ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER: Our Host Employer has been in operation for over 35 years and is a leading business-to-business technology provider on the Central Coast. They offer all technology-related services including telecommunications, IT solutions, NBN, phone lines, network cabling, security systems, mobile plans, and more. They are the only company on the Central Coast offering all these services under one roof, and they pride themselves on delivering end-to-end modern solutions for their clients at affordable prices.
They are now looking for an organised, friendly Trainee to join their amazing team!

As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate IV in Information Technology through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months.
