Service Desk Officer - Ict

Role – Service Desk Officer Location: Rockhampton - On-site
Engagement: 6 month engagement, with possible 3-6 month extensions
Work Arrangement: 2 days WFH

About the role The Service Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for technical support and the delivery of high-quality end user services for our client.

Required Experience Proficient in IT support functions with knowledge of Service Desk systems and IT toolsExperience in resolving PC system, peripherals, and desktop application problems, as well as deploying software installation packages using scripts and packaging toolsStrong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and customer service in an IT environmentDemonstrated experience in similar Information Technology Support roles (L1/ L2)
