Service Desk Analyst, must be fluent in Korean & English, North Sydney Location, $65k base + bonus
Your new company is a leading retail and consumer purchasing company with head office based in North Sydney. Due to an internal movement they require a Service Desk Analyst to assist in supporting end users across a globally dispersed user base.Your new roleYour new role will require you to operate in a busy Service Desk environment primarily supporting users across the AsiaPac region. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to business owners within the organisation. You will be required to showcase support skills for both hardware and software within a busy retail operations environment. 70% of your role will be BAU Service Desk Support and the other 30% will be assisting on various Technology Projects throughout the AsiaPac region. This role does require a fluent Korean speaking person as you will liaise with the projects team based overseas.What you\'ll need to succeedAs the Service Desk Analyst you will be part of a high performing highly engaged team within a busy customer centric Service Desk environment so previous experience in a similar role would be ideal. Strong technical skills and a high level of customer service is essential for success in this role. You will have a strong track record of supporting end user devices and guiding teams to deliver results. As well you will be required to demonstrate the following skills.Fluent in Korean (Written & Verbal)
Demonstrate a Strong knowledge of WIN 10 applications
Strong end user device support
In depth knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues
LAN/WAN knowledge
Hardware support (EFTPOS/POS machines) is advantageous not essential
