We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the post-sales implementation of our IT and Cybersecurity solutions.
You will ensure that client systems are successfully deployed, configured, and integrated according to the proposed solution, providing a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the implementation and deployment of Managed IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions for clients.
Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover from the pre-sales phase.
Configure, test, and integrate hardware and software solutions to meet client specifications.
Provide technical support during the implementation phase to ensure that the solution is correctly set up and functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.
Collaborate with clients to ensure they understand the deployed systems and provide training where necessary.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to manage project timelines and expectations.
Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support, working closely with the service desk and technical support teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in IT infrastructure implementation, system integration, or a similar technical role, preferably in an MSP environment.
Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to clients in clear, non-technical terms.
Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue systems (preferred).
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
