Working closely with the service technicians and their customers ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly, maintaining a high level of quality service!
Key responsibilities - Allocating service jobs to technicians and keeping team members and customers informed.
Prepare and enter service jobs accurately and promptly Allocate work to subcontractors when needed Log customer concerns and requirements Share after-hour callouts and occasional weekend duties with the National Assistant Service Coordinator.

About You experience in service coordination and adminstration highly desired material handling equipment highly regarded knowledge of WHS/OHS regulations and fatigue management principles.
Excellent verbal communication skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving Mechanical understanding of materials handling equipment is a bonus!
Proficiency in computer software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
