About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to lead our team in Southport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program for our children.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team to create daily plans and organize activities that promote learning, fun, and play.Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse dietary needs.Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.Nurture a culture of excellence, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.RequirementsCompleted or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.Valid Working Blue Card (or willing to obtain).Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willing to obtain).Availability to work from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.About Camp AustraliaWe are a leading provider of before and after-school care and vacation care services.
