The Infrastructure and Operations division maintains national critical infrastructure for Services Australia and across government. We deliver a robust, secure, and resilient ICT environment so Australian citizens can access government services 24x7.

About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced ICT Service Management experts to plan, implement, control and review ICT service provisions to meet customer and business requirements.
You'll be responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of our services through implementation and monitoring of service level agreements and the ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed level of services. You'll foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You'll need to exercise independence and effective decision-making based on high-level judgement and subject matter expertise, with consideration of wider implications. You'll excel in fast-paced working environments and possess the ability to balance several key priorities simultaneously, while ensuring the highest levels of quality in the work being delivered by the team.
Service Continuity Managers are responsible for leading service continuity planning, managing ongoing monitoring and assessment activities, and overseeing plans in action during a crisis to ensure critical business functions continue. Experience and knowledge in ICT Disaster Recovery and across a breadth of ICT technologies and methodologies is highly desirable, these include:
Facilitation of ICT Disaster Recovery planning and coordination Knowledge of ICT DR Technical Recovery Procedures.
Implementing, applying, and governing IT Service Continuity Management standards and procedures.
Interaction between IT applications, network and infrastructure components.
Risk Management concepts and working practices.
Familiar with ITIL process definitions and implementation.
Management Framework experience in service operations function (event, incident, problem, change, release, capacity, ITSCM and CSI).
