We aim to be our customers' first choice. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to lead our team, supporting customers and leading our Service Department across SA / NT. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of Epiroc resources within the Lonsdale Service Centre and SA / NT wider region, with the exclusion of Olympic Dam site operations. Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below: Managing Service resources Managing activities to meet business objectives Service cost management Work in progress management Completion of reports Warranty management Revenue forecasting and invoice management Ensuring compliance with OHS, Quality & Environment policies of Epirocas well as our customers' Requirements Proven leadership ability and effective people management skills Extensive experience in the maintenance of surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low voltage electrical repairs Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience High level of computer literacy Ability to communicate at all levels Country and city description Adelaide – Lonsdale SA The current Mining and Rock Excavation business area – core of the future Epiroc - provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, a complete range of related consumables and service through a global network.
