About the Role We currently support over 11,000 Victorians who are unable to fully manage their own affairs.
As a Service Centre Consultant at State Trustees, you'll ensure an outstanding client experience, demonstrating ownership and accountability. Your role includes resolving client interactions, utilising tailored communication techniques, and making financial decisions aligned with clients' preferences and budgets. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and information management, you'll contribute to a dynamic team that values strong relationships and impactful solutions.
This empowering role offers a 12-Month Contract, with potential for permanent employment, and full-time hours of 38 hours a week Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm). After comprehensive training (3 months), flexible work arrangements await, allowing you to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
The anticipated start date for successful candidates is after the 13th January 2025.
