**Overview
We are looking for a Service and Compliance Communications Manager to join our Health Insurance marketing team. This is a newly created role and will work across both of our corporate and international portfolios to develop and deliver the corporate B2B service and compliance communications and support materials.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring cross-functional alignment to simplify complex business challenges and requirements into easy to understand, meaningful, customer communications. You will report to the Head of Marketing Corporate and work closely with them to ensure integration of key messaging across other communication channels.
**This role is working within a hybrid environment so you can work from home, or the office and it is a 12-month full-time contract.**

**How will I help?**
Your focus is to create customer friendly, transparent, and timely communications to drive advocacy, inform partners of change, and drive deeper engagement within the corporate and international portfolios. You can adapt customer communications to ensure relevancy across various customer segments. You will do this by working and collaborating with different parts of the business, to ensure an amazing, connected customer experience.
**Your everyday jobs are but not limited to**:
- Work cross functionally to deliver B2B service and compliance communications, ensuring alignment to B2C customer communications
- Lead the development and execution of communications (and support material) that inform B2B customers of changes to their corporate plans, changes to customer policy and compliance communications
- Develop and manage annual corporate service and compliance communications calendar, in collaboration with other key teams
- Work closely with corporate and international marketing managers to ensure integration of key messaging across other communications and channels
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget and they are following approved processes with internal and regulatory policies
- Brief and manage creative and copywriting agencies

**What do I need?**
Firstly, marketing and communications is something that just makes your heart flutter! You're known as a 'connector' and enjoy building relationships and collaborating with other teams. You are someone that can translate complex process and business requirements into simple, meaningful, and streamlined communications. Ideally you come from a background with B2B experience.
- You are a master of language, have strong copywriting and communication skills, and have proven experience in mandatory customer communications (essential)
- Experience managing mail houses and customer data
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related business discipline (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix structure in a highly regulated industry to deliver business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
