**The positions**

Karpro Tyre & Auto is a leading Tyre and Auto service centre with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality automotive service, repairs and tyres. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, offering appropriate Tyres, Services or Repairs. Managing repair orders to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Listen to customer concerns and diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain them to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of services and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote additional services and products to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV light automotive.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tyres and service requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a way that is easy to understand.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to automotive service.
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.

FULL TIME POSITIONS

**Qualifications**

Qualified and licenced motor mechanic (preferred but not essential).

Hold current driver's license

AIS examiner certificate (not essential)
