Our dealership, Meltrac in Terang, is looking for our next star Service Advisor.
About the role: As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Terang dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing customers needs, recommending appropriate services and securing bookingsCo-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet servicesCommunicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery and a seamless customer service experienceHandling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiencyInvoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely mannerOur customers are our top priority, and you will be instrumental in delivering the quality service and support they deserve.
Preferred skills and experience: As a customer service professional you are:
