THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Laverton. You will act as a caring liaison between our valued customers and the Service Department. You will be listening to each customer's concerns, understanding their vehicle needs and addressing them by providing appropriate solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet customers and promptly address their inquiries and service requestsDisplay extensive knowledge about products and servicesDocument all vehicle issues and requestsCommunicate with customers about all vehicle problems inc. warranty issues, repairs and maintenanceEnsure accurate quotes, costing and invoicing are provided and recordedCollaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed within allocated timeframeAttend to front counter and all service platforms to respond tocustomer enquiriesRaise, process and close repair ordersProvide order numbers to contractors and sublet invoices to dealersOther duties as requiredABOUT YOUPrevious experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry would be highly regardedExperience with Auto I.T. system and Costing is advantageousGreat attention to detailOutstanding organisational and interpersonal communication skillsAdequate knowledge of Automotive or Transport industriesFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including Evenings, Weekends, and HolidaysFlexibility to work as part of a Saturday Shift rotation once a monthWHY US?In return, PACCAR Australia offers great working conditions, a friendly team environment, excellent salary, plus corporate health benefits, education support and long-term employment and career opportunities.
