Join our Triage team at Linfox's Laverton North Service Centre, where your technical expertise is critical to diagnose, triage and manage mechanical issues for our drivers on the road via phone.
What does the job look like? Triage breakdowns nationally, to diagnose the root causes and determine the necessary action and repairs required. Work closely with Linfox service centres and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Are you the one? Mechanical Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
