Service Advisor Co-Ordinator

An excellent opportunity exists for an exceptional Service Advisor / Co-Ordinator to join the team. We need an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results driven Service Advisor / Co-Ordinator. We are not a high volume company, but do only deal in high-end vehicles.The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:Co-Ordinate service bookings and Pre-Delivery of New Vehicles.Handle Warranty Claims from New Vehicle Customers.Participate in service and parts enquiries and follow up.Sales of Retail Parts and Servicing.Creating, costing and closing repair orders.Liaise with Admin staff and Production staff.Liaise with Senior Mechanic regarding service enquiries and warranty claims.Inspection of incoming new vehicles.Final Inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments.Reporting as required.This role is suited to someone with strong technical knowledge as well as the following attributes:Valid Australian Manual Driver's License.Strong proven ability to multitask.Build relationships with the Service Team and Management.Strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey.What we offer:The opportunity to expand your skills and grow with the business.Strong brand.On and off job training.Friendly culture.An attractive remuneration package.Please forward your Covering Letter and Resume for this position.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
