My client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience, listening to their needs, and keeping them up to date on the repair of their vehicle.
Based in the coastal town of Byron Bay, this workshop has spent many years building a strong reputation within the community.
To be considered for this role, you must have held the same role recently, or be an experienced Mechanic looking to move to an off the tools role.
You will be working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, closely alongside your Service Manager, Mechanics, Tyre technicians and Wheel aligners to deliver an industry-leading level of customer service.
Your day-to-day tasks would include: Attending to customers face-to-face and over the phoneCreating quotes and invoicesCommunicating with your teamLiaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs in the workshop and communicating with your customersBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customersHandling and processing paymentsMaintaining customer recordsAbout you: 2 or more years' experience as a Service Advisor or be a skilled mechanic looking to get off the toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalGood time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment, but also unsupervisedFull Australian working rightsIn return, you will be joining a reputable company that offers full training and support.
You will also be offered a strong, negotiable hourly rate that will be dependent on experience.
