**About the Role**

The Service Administrator is charged with providing support to our customers, sales and service teams, ensuring requests are handled in an efficient and friendly manner. They must process all customer requests accurately which includes the approval and processing of payment of 3rd party supplier invoices.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and present for approval prior to processing.
- Generate purchase orders for Service Department as requested.
- Process incoming customer requests either received directly or via sales and service personnel and co-ordinate and follow up the provision of required services.
- Utilise the Contact Manager database recording all contacts and adding or deleting changes as they occur as well as assisting with the general maintenance of the database.
- Process both field service and workshop job cards in an accurate and timely manner ensuring that details input are clear and understandable to the customer.
- Process workshop timesheets daily and file in the Service Department filing system.
- Assisting the Branch Service Manager where required

**Skills and experience**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable
- Experience working within an industrial service sector, such as the materials handling industry or similar (desirable)
- Previous experience with an ERP system (M3) or similar
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Great telephone etiquette
