About The Role Renewals and managing a diverse portfolio of brokers.Engaging in industry events to foster new business opportunities.Tackle complex broker queries to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain high-quality standards.Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Implement business plans aligned with financial strategies and company goals.Uphold underwriting guidelines, ensuring excellence in service delivery and sustainable growth.Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative culture.Leverage strong communication skills to gather quality information from stakeholders.Foster partnerships with reinsurers to stay abreast of best practices in underwriting. Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underwriting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to underwriting.Leadership experience, including team management and development, preferred.
