Senior Test Analyst

Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology) We are looking for a Test Analyst to join a huge Australian Brand on a permanent basis.
Working as part of the Workforce Management Solutions (WMS) portfolio, you will be responsible for executing testing activities with a focus on WMS - HRIS and Time & Attendance.

The company operates a hybrid working model, 2-3 days per week in the office, based in Melbourne CBD.
The role is offering $120-140,000 plus super as well as a range of additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities: Utilize your experience to apply best practices in test management using tools such as HP Quality Center/ ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
Work with WMS such as SAP HCM/ Success Factors, Kronos/ Infor/ Dayforce, leveraging your expertise to drive effective testing and quality assurance.
Apply a deep understanding of various software development methodologies including waterfall, iterative, incremental, and agile, with an emphasis on testing, change management, release management, and quality assurance.
Demonstrate strong systems analysis and design capabilities, with a comprehensive understanding of applications and enterprise solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation and support the implementation of automation tools, including Test Assure and TOSCA.
Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
Proven expertise in using test management tools such as HP QC/ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience with WMS.
Experience in automation testing tools, including Test Assure and TOSCA.
