Your new role

One of the Big 4 Banks is looking for a Senior Test Analyst with extensive Contact Centre IVR and Automation experience. In this role you will be responsible for performing Static Test reviews of the business requirements and developing conditions and test cases for phase level testing. You will also plan and schedule test phases for different projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Extensive experience as a Tester in Contact Centre IVR environment

Extensive automation testing experience

Strong ability to analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent opportunity, offering $90k - $110k + super on annual salary. This role is located in Sydney City.
