Scope of Role A RecordPoint Senior Technical Consultant engages with customers and colleagues to enable the adoption of RecordPoint software products. You would be responsible for delivery of RecordPoint solutions and services to ensure successful product implementations and migrations. You would be the advocate for technically forward solutions that drive value and outcomes for customers. Architecting and implementing solutions with simplicity and effectiveness front of mind. You'll be solving cool problems, dealing with large scale data sets and working with one of the best teams in the industry!
What you'll be responsible for:Client Engagement:Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals through communication and problem solvingConduct consultations to gather and document client requirementsHelp customers define technical requirements and solutions with RecordPointUnderstand customers' success criteria and ROISolution Design:Align RecordPoint solution designs to meet client needsCollaborate with development teams on enhancements or customizationsEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practicesContribute to tenders and RFx as neededImplementation, Migration and Integration:Design and manage data migration and integration with technical teams and vendorsDevelop migration tools and scriptsResolve technical issues quickly during implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomesSupport Project Managers in overcoming deployment challengesEvaluate and reconcile information, distinguishing user requests from business requirementsTranslate technical requirements into business outcomesTraining and Documentation:Train customers and team members on using RecordPoint productsCreate user guides and technical documentation as neededCommunication and Project Management:Drive multiple initiatives to completion simultaneouslyDefine concepts with users and ensure timely milestone completion with project managersCollaborate with other technical consultants in the teamParticipate in project planning and estimatingProvide task status/updates to the PMWhat you'll bring:5+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions3+ years experience working as a consultant in a client facing environmentExperience in Azure, Office 365 Admin, Azure Active DirectoryExperienced in the design, build and deployment of Cloud solutions (PaaS and SaaS)Experience in migration clients from on-premise services to modern cloud solutionsPreferred: Experience in Records Management or Information ManagementPreferred: Understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environmentsSome of the technologies and patterns we work on: OpenShift, AKS, Podman, Docker, PowerBI, M365, C#, Python, PowerShell, Web/Swagger APIWhy RecordPoint:Fast-growth Australian-owned companyFlexible work environment and a strong focus on work-life harmonyInnovation is our way of lifePersonal Development budget for all staffAccess to Employee Stock Ownership PlanA brilliant graduate program that provides both mentoring and growth opportunities for allWork on a product that makes a real social-good impact on the worldGlobal opportunities!
