The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant contributes to building the capability, leadership, and culture of Dexus both today and in the future. The role purpose is to partner with hiring managers in a designated business portfolio to attract, mobilise and retain talent.
As a member of the Talent and Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing our talent attraction strategies and optimising the management of our processes, systems, and policies. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that we continuously improve our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
About You Demonstrated success in an In-House Talent Acquisition role – specifically from within the investment sector Extensive knowledge of the Investment / Real Assets industry: Understanding the nuances of investment roles and the specific skills required Prior experience supporting high performing leadership teams and managers Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationships Experienced using Workday preferred Strong verbal and written communications skills Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills.
