We do this by providing entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences in a safe, responsible, and ethical way.As our Senior Systems Engineer, reporting to the Windows Technology Lead, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of hardware, OS and application infrastructure for all environments on a day-to-day basis as defined by Service Level Agreements.A few of your responsibilities:Deliver and manage the Technology infrastructure for all production and non-production environments.Provide input to regular reports on system availability, usability, performance, incidents, root causes and other measurements.Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including system changes required to prevent a recurrence of the incident.Help to drive architectural improvements and standardisation for the infrastructure environments.What we are looking for:Minimum 5-year exposure to Core Ms Windows technologies.Minimum 3-year exposure to Virtualisation technologies.Strong technical knowledge of network, PC and platform operating systems and associated hardware infrastructure.Minimum 2-year exposure to Backup and Recovery technologies.Minimum 3-year exposure to Cloud platform technologies.About you:You are a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer who excels in both autonomous and team environments.
