Accord has therefore established a subsidiary in Perth – Accord Energy Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.
About the Role: The Senior Consultant – System Delivery will be part of the team to develop, implement and maintain the computer allocation systems tailored to specific clients' requirements.
You will have experience with a range of hydrocarbon accounting software platforms, and you will have experience in working for extended periods of time on customer sites.
Reporting to the board, you will make lasting customer relationships based on sound domain knowledge and by delivering on your promises.
Responsibilities: Assisting with the scoping and framing of allocation computer system implementations, performing workflow analysis and other front-end design activities.
Leading and performing business analysis and specification activities for our oil and gas customers.
Managing both reimbursable and fixed-price projects, including scope definition, work breakdown and task distribution, tracking/reporting on progress and cost, and maintaining customer relationships.
The design and implementation of acceptance test regimes for allocation computer systems and representing our customers during testing of third-party software.
The development and delivery of training courses in hydrocarbon accounting and production reporting computer systems.
Contributing to business development activities and sales work.
Travelling from time to time to deliver services on customer sites both nationally and internationally.
This role will be based in Perth, Australia.
Relocation support may be available.
Experience Required: You will have a numerate science, computer science or software-related degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in production reporting and hydrocarbon accounting.
The role requires demonstrable, material experience in: The business processes and industry conventions in many of the following areas: Production Data Management.
Field and Well Allocation.
Loss Management.
Regulatory Reporting.
Commercial Allocation.
Emissions Monitoring and Reporting.
Cargo Scheduling and Shipping Documentation.
Hydrocarbon Pricing, Sales and Inventory Valuation.
The design and development of production reporting and hydrocarbon accounting computer systems on the Energy Sys or Energy Component platform.
Enterprise system integration experience, covering most stages of typical project lifecycles.
In-depth business analysis experience with at least one component-mass allocation regime with multiple entry points, shippers and products.
