Churches of Christ in Queensland,Information Technology, Kenmore Perm Full Time Opportunity About the role Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Resolving Level 1 and 2 service requests from staff at all levels Responding to service requests either in person, via email or over the phone Monitoring open Service Desk requests and tracking their progress Installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware and software Running diagnostic programs to resolve problems Development of how-to guides and coaching of fellow service desk staff in configuration/support processes Be part of the On Call Roster About you You are a customer centric support desk technician with the ability to relate to team members of varying technical competence.
To be successful in the role of the Support Technician you will have: Experience in a similar role using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune (MS suite preferred but not essential).
Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service Ability to think on your feet to resolve service issues Capability to work autonomously and in a team environment Have or are able to acquire a National Police Check and Blue Card (Working with Children) Salary packaging Using our salary packaging partner, Eziway, you can increase your take home pay by accessing up to $15,900 per FBT year.
