Job Title: Senior SuccessFactors Consultant Are you passionate about shaping the future of workforce management?
We're looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Time and Attendance to lead innovative SAP HCM projects across our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
Act as the SME for Time Off, Time Tracking , and integrations with payroll and workforce systems.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver scalable configurations.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and project teams.
Ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation and award interpretation in time configurations.
Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Time and Attendance modules.
Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within SuccessFactors Time Tracking and/or Employee Central Time Off.
Strong understanding of NZ payroll integration and workforce compliance requirements.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
MSP experience.
SAP certification in SuccessFactors Time modules is highly desirable.
